We are confident you are going to love this pillow! Thousands of people are already sleeping on our pillows and they are all enjoying the best sleep of their lives. The adjustable nature of the pillow allows it to customize to your body and sleeping needs. If you want it thinner, because you're a side or stomach sleeper, just remove some microloops. If you want it thick and puffy, then leave it how it is when it arrives! 

Due to the current pandemic surrounding COVID-19 we will not be offering refunds for the Oreous® pillow. We know this can influence whether people buy products, however, due to the expensive and scarce raw materials and the labor-intensive manufacturing process and given the fact that every pillow would need to be thoroughly cleaned after returns, we do not feel it is safe for our customers and employees to offer returns at this time.
